Super convenient to VT

My husband and I are moving from MD to VA and we reserved a unit on a Monday for the following Saturday. They took our card info and we were told we just needed to show up on Saturday and fill out the paperwork. We drove 5 hours with a fully packed uhaul to discover that they gave our unit away. I also didn't appreciate how the lady spoke to us and handled the situation. Extremely frustrated and disappointed with this place!

This one star is way too much!!!! I reserved a unit for this weekend, gave my credit card information and even got the reservation code. After Specially speaking with someone that I need the unit and to reserve but after driving 5hrs to be there to arrive with a 16 foot truck filled to the max for these dummies to tell me when I arrived that they gave away my storage unit.... PLEASE DON'T RENT FROM THESE IDIOTS ?

While on a long road trip my camper van broke down in Christiansburg, and by broke down I mean the engine died. I wanted to use a local mechanic in my home state to fix it but didn't have the time to figure out how to ship it home at that exact moment. I stored the van at Valley Storage for a little over a year until I was able to arrange transit for it to get shipped back down south. While it was in their care, they called to keep me updated on it and would even have someone check the tires to make sure they weren't going flat.
