Booked online and shortly after arrived at unit which was clean and well maintained definitely easy as ever getting unit friendly staff when I called

Valley storage has been great to work with. The facilities in Elyria and in North Ridgeville are clean, easy to access and the Manager, Heather has been very helpful when I had any questions. I will work with Heather and Calley Storage in the future.

I had good experience with Heather. She was very understanding and patient with me. My mother had just past a away last month. I needed a bigger unit and she was very helpful to make sure I got a big enough unit to hold all her belongings

They sent me a Birthday Coupon for $5 off my rent. Told me to take it to office where my storage unit is. That is useless because there is no one there anymore.
