Valley Storage - Martinsburg - Self Service

It was great! Held my storage for more than 3yrs with no issues! Always able to access to my bin within their availability hours!

The lady that signed me up was very pleasant and knowledgeable

I really liked it when it was the other owners. Unfortunately, because I need my stuff eventually, I have to pay a forced jacked up price I really struggle to afford. Plus, I had a Veteran discount that isn't recognized anymore. When someone asks me where to store their stuff I tell them anywhere but Valley Storage.

There were some computer issues trying to reopen my account, but Crystal was so nice and figured it out. I was trying to leave 5 stars for recommendations but your survey wouldn't let me.
