Valley Storage - Martinsburg

The facility is clean, and there are no mice in my unit. However, I have a 10x15 unit and pay $208 per month, yet on their website, that size unit is advertised for $104. They've raised the fee 3 times since I moved in back april 2023 for their reported increase in their expenses per letters I've received. I have inquired multiple times, left many messages, even texted their phone number asking for an explanation, and have yet to get on. Do better. and stop taking advantage of customers who've been there and pay their rent in a timely manner.

I rented a storage unit here for years, had an employee that regularly received freight shipments that were dropped off, Kris was great to work with. Clean office, bathroom accessible to customers. Super friendly. 24/7 code access. Good sized units, in a good area that's away from foot traffic (security). Would rent here again if I had the need.
