Valley Storage - New Bern - Self-Service

Amazing! The best experience and service. Called on a Sunday and was able to get a storage unit right then. Everything was handled over the phone and email. When arrived to unit, door was bent. Called and even before I needed to fill out the new paper for transferring units, was able to get into the new unit. When time to cancel i just called and left a message. It was taken care of.

They were very helpful and answered all of my questions when signing up. When I was having issues with the lock they assisted in getting it figured out so we could get into our unit right away.

New member so far so good affordable prices for a unit.. nice management ..
