Valley Storage - New Bern - Self-Service

Customer service was excellent. When we first got a storage unit the man who helped us was awesome! He showed us several different units so we can find one that was perfect! All staff have been lovely and pleasant to speak too.

The manager has been incredible with finding a suitable unit for my family's needs, rectifying a previous billing issue, and overall great customer service despite her handling multiple things at once.

I had no problem moving my stuff right in. The unit was very clean right the start. Plus you couldn't ask for better people to rent a storage unit from.

I highly recommend Valley Storage. Their customer service is top notch.
