Valley Storage - North Ridgeville - Self-Service

Amazing facility inside and out but no physical people work on site and kind of difficult to get a face to face with a real person to see the facility and unit prior to paying. Decals on doors are outdated and need removed, states office hours and has an office but this is a virtual site only(it should say that).Physically its very nice and convenient to access, once you pay and are given access information in email.

Unit was clean and customer service was excellent

Valley Storage is prohibitively expensive! No longer accept check or cash payment. What SERVICE?
