Everything was fine until Dec 23rd. One of your contractors damaged my Airstream.
A significant crease four feet long and forty inches high horizontally.
Evidence leads to a contracted snow plow entering an unoccupied space adjacent to my Airstream travel trailer which had been stationary for an extended period of time. I was in and out of Valley Storage for a week prior detailing the exterior preparing for transfer of ownership. There are security cameras in plain view. Curiously the staff at this facility claims no contracted plow operator admits to having damaged my Airstream. Cameras do not capture 100% of outside Storage spaces.
My Airstream is independently insured and has a 'modest deductible.'

Valley Storage has not offered any remediation for this incident.

I am extremely disappointed with Valley Storage.
