The storage facility itself I feel is secure. I just feel like the monthly fee is a lot for me since they changed ownership. So now if I can't pay on the 1st of the month, I am paying almost $200. This is a lot for me considering I'm single with a child in college and helping to take care of my parents, both in they're 90''s. I will say that they have worked with me which is a great help!!

Review:
They got rid of all the staff at our facility when they took over and then doubled their prices. Not a good way to do business. So far they have been OK with answering questions and providing services.
The former owner of the storage facility was easy to work with and had a great staff.
The current owners are impossible to work with. They say the manager will call back but it will take 12 to 24 hours. They keep raising prices and narrowing the way one can pay for their rental. They now will not accept cash or checks. They have a virtual monopoly on storage locations within 20 miles. Not a GREAT company to do business with.
