Valley Storage - Queens

So as you know moving can be hectic, especially when you add in moving trucks, helpers, boxes, work, finding a place etc, but Christine was so helpful and amazing!!!! I really like her!!!!! I had just moved from Augusta, ME for work and the place I moved into was completely trashed. It had mold issues, asbestos issues, leaking ceiling, flooded basement and after 6 months of that I had to break my lease!! Christine helped me get the right unit, told me additional info about Martinsburg that led to me finding a decent place ?? she also buys donuts for the customers

As soon as I reserved my unit online through the Valley Storage website, the on-site manager Chris was on top of making sure to reach out and finish all the details to my reservation. The paperwork was quick, easy, and done in minutes. Not to mention, even when the customer service agent had computer difficulties, she stayed very informative and kind.

So far I have a very pleasant experience with Valley Storage.
