Valley Storage - Queens

Employee was very helpful in deciding on a unit. *However, I found roaches in my unit recently, and have decided to vacate my unit because of the bugs and the rising costs.

Brianna was awesome and got me all checked in very quickly. Her communication leading up to and even after my check-in has been above and beyond. We are very happy so far.

I was late once on my payment because I was trying to pay cash as opposed to using my bank card because my bank account got hacked, and they refunded my late fee. Awesome staff at the facility I had my items at.

I would of gave 5 stars because the ladies I spoke to were really nice and helpful but I had issues getting into the facility because my code did not work. When I called and told them the handled the situation right away.
