Greedy and general dishonesty have seeped into what was once a great business. I have been renting here for years, but because of the greedy practices of raising rent while letting the property run down, I am vacating the last of my four units and putting Valley in the rear view. They have done nothing to deserve doubling the rate. Indeed, the location was staffed and well managed when I moved my stuff here. Since closing the office and leaving the property unmanned, it has fallen prey to mice and roaches and water leaks. I recommend you take your storage business anywhere but Valley.

I was extremely happy with my experience at Valley Storage. Both Olivia and Myrtle were a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Valley Storage.
