Valley Storage - Strongsville

Constantly upping their rates, for the first 4 years they said it was to do updates yet the updates didn’t start until 4 years and it’s just a new parking lot ( the original one was fine) every few months this place ups are rate by 20 some dollars. We are getting tired of getting charged new charges by the end of this we will be paying a 1k apartment for rent if we stay. Also with the constructure this place isn’t climate controlled atm as the cracks in the plywood let in air/bugs, and dust. I see dead bugs all over the ground constantly even before the cracks. It took them 4 years to install a door stopper( on the door they removed about a mo th later and put up plywood) we are moving out. Tired of paying for what is not promised and constantly getting up charges . New clients pay 100$ cheaper so loyal customers get charged more? I’m co fused.

The facility was always very clean and the temperature was perfect
