This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen. The owner is extremely rude and unfriendly, not being helpful. It was a very unpleasant experience and I hope people stop store their stuff at this terrible place. I don’t want to share the details on how I was treated because that disgusts me.

The manager's voicemail box on their phone was always full and even when text messages were sent, responses were barely ever received. We tried to notify our wanting to end our contract which ended up taking a month longer than expected (including getting charged as such) due to the lack of responsiveness from the manager.

Terrible. Drainage issues. My unit was flooded. I had to throw a lot of my items out. Some of them irreplaceable. Also, management was not organized at all. When I finally moved to a better place I gave my months notice and told them to charge my last month. Well they charged me again after I moved out and have been giving me the run around about refunding my card. Having to file a complaint with the BBB. Also, just noticed that these positive reviews are from the management.

Management is friendly when renting unit but is rideal and condescending when dealing with over the phone.
