So far so good,as far as the tental goes and the sign up.They need to tweak their policy about hours open. I went there 2 days in a row to the office between the stated office hours. No one there and no sign in window. I called the # in window, they said they would call me back. No call back. I tried a 3rd time, Carter was there and was extremely efficient in showing me the areas and signing me up.he made up for the earlier missteps.

The units are clean, air conditioned and easy to access. The storage facility is great. I did have several problems with the access code and was not able to enter. I was also charged for insurance and was told twice that the refund would be processed... still waiting. The customer service aspect is lacking. If you tell a customer the code works, it should work. If you tell the customer you will process a mistaken charge and issue a refund, it should be refunded. Seems simple to me.
