Hired Jay to help us with our move. He gave a competitive price. Guys were quick and professional. I would hire him again for my next move.

I hired Jay to move me from a storage unit to my current home. I was surprised to see him show up in a Ryders rental truck which at the end of the move they rushed to get it back on time which also took a few of his workers with it who never returned. At the time I booked Jay I asked him at the door of my storage unit which he was able to clearly see the beds he needed to move one of which was an adjustable I asked him directly while were standing there if they were able to put the beds together and he said yes we do everything. However he forgot to mention to his workers this tiny bit of information. When they put the first bed together they did not have tools and required an allen wrench which they did not have and stated they would have to come back the next day but they would not be putting the other bed together. He also kept moving my day back saying it was due to weather to which I agreed to however the day before the move he tried to move the date again. Anyway his movers were not all trained in the art of moving furniture and packing the truck nor cleaning up after themselves. I could go on however I just want to say he is the most unprofessional and disrespectful person I ever met let alone what he considers himself a business man. I expressed to him my dislike of his practices he stood outside my new home yelling at me ''your nuts lady' and 'no wonder you don't have a husband or friends' Think quadruple times before you hire this man to do anything for you. This is the impression and experience he left on me as trying to portray himself as a business man

Jay and his team were so professional, prompt and flexible in helping us with our temporary move. I will be using him again for my next, final move in Nov. He handled a lot of the logistics that we had been trying to manage with Uhaul directly and was able to secure us a discount for those services. Their positive attitude and considerate service were a breath of fresh air!

Used Van Man for a recent move. They were fantastic! Jay came and gave me a very fairly priced estimate. He kept me in the loop the whole time regarding ETA and confirming. I can't say enough good things about the workers. Eli and Cisco were amazing! I felt bad because they wouldn't let me help. I moved from west chester to exton. It took them one and a half hours from the time the entered my old home until everything was in and placed where it was supposed to be in my new home. I was very happy with the service. I will definetly be using them in the future and highly recommend them to anybody. Thanks again Jay!
