Absolutely 15/10 rental experience!! I never thought I’d say that about renting a storage unit, but Mateo the store manager gave the best customer service I’ve gotten all year. Being a business, I needed a vehicle space and a storage unit with 24/7 access, and this was the shining star location that has everything we needed. Researching different units and trying to find the right one was a lot, but Mario from Sparefoot Rentals and Mateo helped tremendously, and were so nice. Once I arrived, Mateo helped me get the bluetooth app with the building and gate access set up, so all I have to do to get in is press a button and it’ll unlock; it really was the coolest thing, but maybe I’m easily impressed. This also might be one of the bougiest storage units I’ve ever seen; it seems very new, quiet, and clean.

Another big champion of this location was their quick communication. I instantly received documents they were talking about on the phone, and we were able to walk through the agreements together over the phone and get essentially everything set up online, which was very helpful. I called the store multiple times within a few days hammering out details, and every time I was met by a cheerful sounding Mateo who was happy to help and answer all my questions. I have no personal connection to Mateo, but they should give this man a raise because his enthusiasm and eagerness to help was refreshing, and he really made the whole experience!
