Vault Storage - Berwyn

I had a great experience and I am very pleased with my storage unit at Vault Storage in Berwyn, Pa. The staff is fantastic, both Mateo and Brandon are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly too. Mateo provided me with an excellent customer service, he created my account in no time and I was able to access my storage unit immediately. Mateo made me familiar with the layout of the facility. He explained access to the building with the app and Bluetooth or numbered keypad. The facility is modern, secure, clean and convenient. I highly recommend it. George

The store manager, Mateo, made the move-in process extremely quick and easy! He found us the best size unit for everything we were looking to store, and was an absolute pleasure to work with! Highly recommend to those looking for indoor storage that is both clean and secure.

Wife and I just rented a unit here and wow coming from Uhaul this is such a an improvement. Firstly I need to highlight the manager Brandon. He was the absolute best to work with! Extremely friendly, helpful and professional would solely recommend just from dealing with him. The property was extremely clean as well and the electronic doors are amazing! We got such a good deal on the space that's much fairer than any of the other places nearby. Store here before they fill up! 10/10
