Vault Storage Co - Chestertown

We were happy with storing our stuff here for awhile, everything was kept secure. Only problems I had was when they raised their prices without any notice and being harassed by someone who claimed to work there. We definitely felt uncomfortable after our incident with that man and decided to no longer keep our belongings there. This was the Chestertown location.

It’s very clean, accessible and the temperature control is keeping my furniture like new.

Easy to register and pick a unit for my college age child. Agent was kind and helpful.

Always clean. Employees are friendly. Easy access.
