Signing up and access to the unit was very simple. I wish that someone would have went in and blew it or swept it out. I didn’t think about it because my last unit I had was indoors and they had someone who came in to routinely clean. I had to go back home to grab a leaf blower and broom. Other than that I’m satisfied.

Storage unit facility is up kept, it is quick and easy to get a unit, and there are promotional offers for new units. Only downside is it seems like the cost goes up every couple months

Reserved over the internet. Had a question about payment and called. Customer service was absolutely amazing! And payment was made and all things were given with amazing detail.

Due to a mix-up in office hours, thought sure we drove an hour for nothing. But customer service went out of their way to get thi gs set up by phone even tho we were paying cash. Very good dealing with the staff!
