I had waited for 5 hours after one crew packaged up my belongings for the next crew to come pick it up. I called over the phone and was told they just had a small job before mine and they would be there within the hour. While filling out the survey provided, I had put poor for timeliness for the picking up crew and was told by one of the crew members to change it because they had just came from a huge job not a small one and they had told me wrong on the phone. It blows my mind how they TOLD me to change my perception on my expierience with them, not even asking for a change of heart. I did change it to 'good' only because I know a guys gotta work for a living and things don't always go as planned. Bottom line: COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS.
