Veteran Moving Florida

Unsatisfied and disappointed is an understatement. After reading the numerous amounts of 1 star reviews seeing similar results with our move, I for one can confirm the truths of this unorganized and unprofessional company. Originally noted the moving crew would be at our house at 9am, that shortly turned to 11am and not until 2:30pm, 5 and a half hours later did the crew arrive, punctuality is not this companies priority. Next, damages to the home we moved from followed, with the master bedroom bed being broken during the process, and numerous other sites around the house as well (holes in walls and other various damages). Finally customer service and care is not a high priority of this company as numerous phone calls were made between my family and the company with no professional oversight or accommodation. Truly poor and sad from a company ran by veterans, expect to pay more and get less.

During my move, Veterans Moving Florida's Xavier and Rohan were excellent. They made sure my furniture was adequately secured during the entire procedure, worked quickly, and came on schedule. Everything was so much easier because of their cheerful attitudes and attention to detail.

I had an incredible experience with Veterans Moving Florida. Kelvin and Hinton were professional, punctual, and very careful with all of my items. They worked quickly and made sure everything was safely transported. They truly made the whole process easy and stress-free.
