The movers threatened us that they will not return our stuff for asking them to try to bring our couch up the stairs as it didn't fit in the elevator and left it by the trash cans. This was after we offered to pay a big tip if they could do it for us. These people have no patience to answer the customers questions and start yelling, and threatening and do a lot of drama. Also, please check your weight slips after they do the final weight check. At the time of pickup we were told that it looks like it would weigh an additional 800 pounds than the estimate and that is exactly what they billed us for in our final invoice. When we asked for our weight slips and let them know that it was a little bit lower than even the original estimate they changed our invoice.

Edward and his team were amazing! They arrived on time, moved everything quickly and took great care of all our furniture. We have VIP Relocation for our last three moves. You cannot find better movers!!!

I have used VIP 4 times now and they have been just excellent-- worth every penny and then some. Edgar was super efficient and nice, and I was blown away how he managed to move my heavy furniture downstairs like it was nothing, while also being gentle with it. I plan on only using VIP Relocation again for my future moves, and have recommended them to family and friends.
