I did a move from Pacoima to Sun valley all of my goods were handled with much care, and the move was quick and easy. I would definitely hire VIP again !

DO NOT USE. They damaged boxes and antiques- broke furniture in half. Worst of all they LOST boxes. When you try to contact them to find the items you payed to ship, they are unhelpful and don't care. As long as they have received their payment, they don't care about your belongings. Save yourself the trouble and find better movers. Worst moving experience I've ever had.

NIGHTMARE. NEVER HIRE THEM EVER! Disrespectful, careless and absolutely unprofessional. Broke my furniture, lighting and glasses. They also broke the elevator of our building. And when contacted, haven't heard a peep. Unresponsive and rude.

Changed my pick up date. Didn't tell me until the day before.

Had to call the dispatcher FIVE DAYS in a row because every day they said 'We will have you give you a call later today ' and he never did.

11PM the night before the movers arrived I got a text on how big the trailer is and now have to wake up early and work things out with my Landlord about parking because that trailer could not fix anywhere!

I would never recommend this moving company to ANYONE.
