VIP Transport East - United Van Lines Agent

Although several years ago, horrible experience. Did not advise of the need for permits, (we moved from out of state and had no way of knowing. I had to go get the permits) rescheduling a nightmare and when they did finally schedule, they didn't come until late in the evening (was told morning, then noon, then afternoon) and the crew was understaffed. I ended up becoming amother member of the crew and finally sent them home around midnight. Don't ever use them.

PS I was forced to give one star which over states the true experience

Bill refused my business. Not very professional. Was told he would 'pass' on my move.
