Vista Moving & Storage

Registered last Friday with Mayflower, their email response stated I would be contacted within the next 24/48 hours to set up the estimate. Today is the next Thursday. Absolutely no one from Vista Moving has reached out to me. No one. I've got no missed calls from anyone, no voice-mails. I repeatedly called both Mayflower and Vista every day, several times a day. Finally, late Tuesday, when I reached Vista again, I was told (again!), that someone would contact me 'tomorrow', I surrendered. I had heard that before. Every day I was told someone would contact me. No one did. On Monday, Mayflower told me they would sent an email reminder to Vista. On Tuesday, I complained on the Mayflower website about no returned calls. Neither action had any effect, or any response. None. No one from Vista has the courtesy to call me, so it is obvious they don't want my business. Good luck in dealing with Vista Moving. I had no luck at all.

THE SERVICE I needed was completed in a very professional manner. In a timely manner of needed a place to have a shipment dropped for my pick up. Vista accepted my request. Notified me when it arrived and loaded it on my truck with zero hastles. If you need a company to handle your logistics professionaly Vista is the place to call.
