Voyage Moving

I have moved many times in my life with varying results and I can't say enough good things about this moving company. They were careful, speedy, and with the most incredible attitude in spite of the 107-degree day.

I oversaw a move today and this company was hired to execute it. I was thoroughly impressed with the three men sent to do the job. Michael, Robert and the third gentleman, which unfortunately I never caught his name, did such a good job! They worked quickly and carefully. They wrapped every item and used plenty of blankets to protect everything. They were all very personable and worked well together. The unloading at the new place went very smoothly and they listened to exacly where i ask each item placed. The temperature today was 105 so they also had to work in extreme heat! I was very impressed and would recommend this company in the future!

Two young men worked their tails off. No lollygagging. Price was best in the area by far. A timely load and unload. Would not hesitate to use Voyage again.

I would like to inform everyone DO NOT USE voyage movers. They are extremely unprofessional and take all day to load an already 95% packed 3 bedroom home. They arrived at early morning and did not finish until 5 at night, JUST TO LOAD. They are using untrained movers that damage your items. We paid good money and provided them with lunch and they lied to our face and said they would pack glass and wood items with the extra white glove service we paid. Many if not most of my items have arrived completely damaged because they were not wrapped at all. Items are also missing, JAROD said they were left on the truck and he would ship them to me. That was 6 days ago so i called JAROD after he told me a week ago he would send them, and I get called an unkind person and the worst customer they have ever dealt with that I am in the top 10% of the most difficult customers he has ever dealt with because I asked about my missing items. And he literally told me he is gonna find the slowest way possible to get me my items because if I was a kind person then he would overnight them to me . He also mentioned how my items have no value so I shouldn’t care so much that they were left behind. DO NOT USE THIS UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY to move your home unless you want your belongings to be damaged and then treated like dirt when you question their mistakes !

We had a very good experience with this company. Very professional. All quotes in writing. The three gentleman that came were polite, worked hard and were very efficient. Our move went much better that we expected.
