These guys are the way to go when moving to Maui. We moved 3 fully packed PODS from California to Maui. They went to the port and unloaded our stuff on to their trucks and brought it over to our place. It was easy to schedule, they were really careful with our furniture and boxes and they were quick and so friendly. We could not have asked for better moving experience. You hear all these stories about terrible movers and they are the opposite and set the standard for sure. Extra Mahalo to Tom and David who did our move.

David and Isaiah were awesome. We had a large parcel delivered from the harbor to our residence and was done smoothly and timely. Great job guys.

After surviving the devastating West Maui Wildfires, our family was forced to relocate across the country. Wanting to support a struggling local community, we chose Wailea Movers, believing a local company would handle our move with care and integrity. Unfortunately, we couldn’t have been more wrong.

From the start, Wailea Movers was unprofessional—showing up without enough boxes to pack our inventoried belongings and with staff openly requesting gratuities. Upon delivery, we found many of our remaining items damaged, and after cataloging $4,500 in missing and broken belongings, we were immediately directed to their insurance company. Once our payment cleared, the owners refused to communicate with us directly.

After four exhausting months of jumping through endless hoops, we received an insulting settlement offer of just $69. When we pleaded with the owners to at least meet us halfway and help make our family whole, we were ignored. Instead, their insurance company informed us to stop contacting Wailea Movers, making it clear that their decision wouldn’t change.

For a local business to treat a local family this way—especially in the wake of such a tragedy—is nothing short of appalling. Wailea Movers has demonstrated a complete lack of integrity, professionalism, and basic human decency. I would not recommend this company to anyone on Maui or beyond. They do not stand by their customers, their work, or their community.
