Wailea Movers and Storage

I was more than pleased with wailea movers! All three men were kind ,courteous and efficient. they got the move done less than the time we had booked for! They were friendly and very easy to work with. I would use them again if I ever were to move and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for good help!

Ryan coordinated my whole move perfectly and him and Taylor were awesome on move day. I have used Wailea Movers 6 times and already have another move planned with them. They have great workers and always take the time to protect my furniture. Very professional. I highly recommend this company.

Worst moves ever!

I've used Wailea Movers at least a handful of times. We had a move scheduled back in March 2023. On the morning of the move, Wailea Movers called and said they couldn't do the job anymore. We had to scramble to find another moving company at the last minute. It was also highly stressful and costly, as my wife was five months pregnant, and we had to pay a premium and do the packing ourselves.

Despite that last-minute cancellation, I gave Wailea Movers a second chance last year in 2024. Most of the furniture arrived damaged, plus many missing items mixed with other people's belongings. On top of that, Wailea Movers overcharged me.
Moving Claim Service used by Wailea Movers to handle our $14,000 claim is useless. Their claim process is inconsistent, and they are wrongfully blaming us for the delays. Our claim has still not been resolved after 4 months!
