If I could give a negative score I would. My cousin referred me to Wally. He arrived on time with two men. They picked up several items and transported the items five miles.

Wally's company damaged a brand new refrigerator forcing it through the front door scratching and denting all four front refrigerator doors. The cost to replace one door is $335. He and I looked it up together after seeing the damage after he tried to deny he damaged the refrigerator until I showed him the irrefutable proof of the before photo.

When I mounted the 75-inch tv that he also moved to my home, it was cracked, had lines running both vertically and horizontally, and there is a black blotch on the right side. This was NOT the condition of the tv when they picked it up.

In addition to the $1340 plus taxes and shipping I now have to spend on the damaged refrigerator doors, I now have to replace a 75-inch television due to the negligence of this moving company.

I'll have to come out of pocket $3340.00 plus taxes and shipping due to their carelessness.

I will never use this company again nor refer them.

Called and got service the same day. Incredibly fast, reliable and cost-effective. Also helped me move a couple boxes. I really appreciated that. Great experience.
