Piss poor customer service, refuses to give a generic quote, zero customs and courtesies as a professional business. I wouldn’t trust them to transport a fast food order across town, let alone a piano.

Walter piano is an amazing company. They stored my piano for four years. During the four years they were extremely kind and their prices were very reasonable. They transported my piano from Washington state to Ohio and it arrived in perfect condition. The company communicated every step of the way. They arrived on time and set my beautiful baby grand up and even moved it all around until I felt it was in the room just right. I highly, highly recommend walter piano for storage and transport!!
