Walter Piano transported my piano from California (Bay area) to Baltimore. It took approximately 30 days. Heather at Walter Piano answered all my questions via email and she updated me about the status of the transport. Finally, two words about Empire Piano Movers in Baltimore, who brought the piano to my house. Steve and his colleague were very nice and professional. They figured out a way to transport the piano inside the house by flipping it which I did not consider and it made it seem so easy, although the piano weighs a ton ....

Pickup and delivery folk were very friendly, efficient, and careful. Cross country in 7 weeks. Couldn't be more satisfied.

Communication was clear and timely throughout the entire process of arranging pick up, storage and transport of my baby grand piano across the country. Definitely worth every penny! On-site service people were polite and careful with the instrument.
