Walter Piano Transport

I called Walter Piano to move a baby grand cross country. The woman who answered the phone was the rudest person I have ever encountered. On my initial call, I asked to get some information. The woman refused to give it to me and when I asked to speak with a supervisor, she hung up on me! I called later and asked for her name. She refused to give it to me and hung up on me again! I would never deal with this company, even tho they are supposed to be good. There are other movers out there, who I called, who are just as good and far more professional.

Walter Piano Transport took incredible care in delivering my new Yamaha piano. They were quick, efficient and friendly. Showed me how to care for finger prints and made sure I was happy with the placement of the piano. Super happy with their customer service.

Movers were exceptionally polite and courteous. They were Extremely knowledgeable and able to answer any question or concerns. Very quick and efficient with moving and setting up the piano.
