Walter and member from his team were awesome with moving marble shine weighing around 300lb on very short notice at reasonable price. He and his crew did fantastic job and moved within half an hour. I will definitely recommend using Walter moving company anytime.

I used Walter’s moving company for my move, and their customer service truly stood out. The movers were late because their truck broke down on the way to my home. Instead of canceling or delaying my move further, they quickly rented a truck to get the job done, even though it wasn’t their usual equipment.

Unfortunately, one item did get damaged during the move. However, what impressed me was how they handled the situation. They immediately acknowledged the mistake, apologized, and took full responsibility by going above and beyond to make it right by offering to replace the item.

In the end, their commitment to customer satisfaction turned what could have been a negative experience into a positive one. Mistakes can happen, but the way Walter handled it was great. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a moving company that truly cares about their customers.
