Absolutely wonderful service , movers were very professional and responsive.

This is a classic bait and switch sham operation. Don't ever, ever use these guys! They gave me a bid and the total price was almost 3x the original bid. They left stuff behind, and it caused problems with the home buyer who arrived and found a garage full of my stuff. When I told the supervisor that we needed to adjust the bill because it was excessively expensive compared to the bid, he basically told me that he didn't care, and he offered me $60 off, which was insulting. Then, to add insult to injury, they damaged furniture. I filed a claim within the 7 day notice period, which is a total joke because NO ONE can unpack and examine everything in a 7 day period after a move, they are trying to make it impossible to file a damage claim. Then they told me for the first time that I needed to file a claim with a different entity, which was never disclosed to me before, but because the time period to file a damage claim and expired by then, I was no longer eligible for a reimbursement! Wasatch Moving Company in my opinion is a bait and switch fraud operation. Don't ever use them! Total sham, they are very poorly managed, and very dishonest. They try to do everything possible to rip you off.
