I had an excellent experience with Waters. They were extremely efficient and so impressive. They moved all my furniture up flights of stairs with no scratches and were so friendly. I would recommend Waters to anyone with an upcoming move!

Since my last move was 10 years ago, I was extremely worried about how this recent one (December, 2023) would turn out. Ken was very composed and assured me everything would go well. It did and I was happy with the professionalism of his staff, especially with Faustino as the lead person. I recommend Waters highly and will use it again given the opportunity.

Was a five star review for the first move, great services. Contacted them for the second move and the price they quoted me was INSANE. Way higher than the first move. The first time the entire pricing and quote was made over the phone where I advised what I had to move and what was needed. The second move they insisted on coming to my place first, at which point they called me later with the quote. For a small 1bd apartment, where I would be conducting the packing and boxing myself, was not even close to reasonable.
