Excellent movers! Arrived early,very professional,reasonably priced and fast and efficient. Carefully handled all of my things. The owner Javier and his crew handled the job and can’t say enough. Check with them before anyone else!!

The owner's response was full of lies. I never expected or asked them to pack anything. The majority of our items were packed. There were things not packed that I told him we were not taking. I told him that the day he came to give me a quote and the day we moved. As for the flat rate that was also untrue. The rate he quoted was $1200 he charged me $1400. He conveniently left out the antiques he damaged. The move was very quick and his packers were very pleasant and polite. He was rude to me as well as them. I could continue this but why? I would not recommend this company.

We had to move from our rental house (owners filed bankruptcy) unexpectly and quickly. We Care moving came highly recommended. The owner came several days before the move; we walked through the house discussing what would be moved. I was told the price would be $1200 (flat rate). Moving day came and the owner + 3 helpers showed up on time and really hustled. Because of the short notice we had we did not get everything packed. However all the furniture was ready to go and 85%-90% of our belongings were packed. After most of our belongings were on the truck the owner told me it was going to cost $200 more because they had to unplug a couple of lamps and push a few things out of the way. We did not ask them to pack anything nor take anything that wasn't packed; we did our best to make it as easy as possible. All of our boxes were clearly labeled but when they were brought into our new home + garage the labels were ignored and many boxes were stacked 2 and 3 high with no regard what they contained (i.e. boxes on top of glassware and china). Additionally, our dining room table now has 2 deep scratches and our dresser has scratches all over 1 side.
I accept responsibility for not requesting a signed contract and not getting everything packed. The owner made $1400 in 3 hours and I am still hunting through stacks of boxes trying to find our possessions and looking for someone to refinish the antique furniture that was damaged.
No contract and too much trust taught me a costly lesson.

These guys are the best movers I've ever hired ! Super courteous and professional and they got the entire move done in no time which relieved a lot of stress that we had for the move . I would give them more than 5 stars if Google would let me !

I chose this moving company based on the wonderful Google reviews. The crew leader was not in a great mood at the beginning of our move, did not introduce himself, and was borderline rude to my husband and I. When we got to the home we were moving to he was a bit nicer. The two guys on his crew were great and up beat throughout the move. The positive- the crew was on time, loaded up and unloaded quickly, and were affordable. We were insistent they try their best to be careful in doorways of our new home when moving the furniture in, and they were. The negative- we have a very heavy nice piece of furniture that we requested be moved carefully. The head of the crew insisted he flip it on its back then stand it up on the side and we requested it not be moved that way, but instead as it stands. We were met with “if I can’t move it how I want then I won’t move it”. Ok, you’re the professional, go ahead. This morning when opening the doors of the hutch one is now sticking as the furniture piece is tweaked from going up on its side. Our sleep number bed rails are dirty and two have cracks in the plastic, our custom bearded dragon enclosure is also tweaked, and there was a boot print on the flex base of our sleep number bed. I am not pleased about the small damages to our furniture, but maybe this is the nature of moving.

They arrived right on time, they were super fast and extremely cautious and friendly. It makes such a difference when you are working with people who have such a great attitude. We are more than thankful for the attention to detail and care that was provided to our items. Thank you so very much. Hopefully we never move again but if we do or if we hear of someone moving, your business cards will be handed out with a smile on our faces.
