We Haul RV Transport

In the beginning Paul was very kind and communicated great. I set up a “guaranteed pick up date” & I paid the deposit. I had asked him multiple times if I needed to be present when he picked up the camper and he assured me I did not need to be there. I also sent him multiple photos of my camper so he knew what he was looking at going into it. The day arrives for Paul to pick up the camper and he calls & tell me there are tree branches in the way and it’s impossible to get my camper out. Then he switched it up saying he can pull the camper out, but can’t take liability for my camper if it got scratched by a tree branch and I had to be there in person to take liability or else he wouldn’t do it. His personality did a complete 360. He said he would refund my deposit. He continued to make up excuse after excuse of why he couldn’t take the camper and got pretty rude. I never did receive any amount of my deposit back. Honestly I'm not sure if I got scammed or just caught him on a bad day. Lesson learned on my end & I hope no one else loses money or has the same experience I did.

You won’t find a better motor carrier than RV Transport. Top notch in safety, value, communication and the overall customer service experience.

Can’t recommend Paul and We Haul enough. Do not go through other spammy websites or brokers. Paul will be honest and educational. He has his own carriers and can also broker the job out. He made some magic happen getting a large cargo trailer moved 1300 miles with 2 days notice. This was at half the price of other brokers and the cargo trailer was put on a semi trailer for no additional miles on unit.

So happy I chose “We Haul RV Transport” to transport my new 32’ camper. From conversation with Paul I knew I could trust him to carefully deliver my camper. As “We Haul RV and Transport“ is insured and licensed Paul followed all protocol to ensure a safe delivery. To add to his great customer service he even did this outside of his usual work hours just to accommodate my tight schedule. I definitely would use him again or recommend to anyone needing transport services.

My experience with We Haul RV Transport was excellent! Paul is a very professional driver who was able to arrange for our trailer to be picked up in California by another professional driver and brought to Kansas. Paul and Eric called me or emailed me for daily updates so that I knew where our trailer was located every day. Paul talked me through the best route plan for picking up the trailer from Eric and bringing it home to Minnesota. I would highly recommend Paul at We Haul RV for any type of RV Transport!! It is so good to know that there is still great customer service.
