Beware, your deposit is the sales persons commission. also, there's a possibility they will show up to your house and just leave. Then say you refused service and the sales person will keep his commission(deposit) yes it did happen to me.

Wow. A bunch of fake reviews on here. People actually going off the reviews please be careful. Maybe the BBB reviews are fake.. Hmmm... Let's find out.

The truck driver called me asking if he could anticipate the schedule. I said yes and then he wanted to charge me an extra fee because the boxes were not all at the door outside the building. I explained that it was because they arrived earlier. Then they told me they would charge for my couch and the my bed box, because they weren’t in the contract. I showed the e-mail that I sent for the company for him to check, and all the furniture that I had were at the contract. even so the company wanted to charge me another thousand dollars extra for my couch. I had to throw away the couch and box frame. The furniture arrived on the date, they were all broken, the boxes were all wrinkled and torn. It was and is being the worst experience of my family. The manager doesn’t answer my calls, my emails... I didn’t have any answer.

*DO NOT USE* Liers they said they were going to get my stuff in a week max two. Now they are saying it can be an additional month.. then they lied about it being on the truck . LIARS. FRAUD.. after we received our packages they somehow forgot two boxes both were Televisions. Wow... they legitamitly stole our tvs. Who does that. Then we get a call from daisy who said she will look in the warehouse. And send us several different pictures of TVS and says is it this one, how about this one. :o they said that they hired another moving company to move our stuff. Wow **Thievs**
