Weir Moving and Storage

Justin and Hunter drove down to Traverse City and loaded all of my furniture and boxes into the truck. They moved quickly and efficiently and didn’t complain about carrying stuff down a very awkward staircase. Weir stored my things for 1 month while I waited to close on my house. I gave them only a few days notice to have everything packed back up and delivered to my house in the Soo, but they made it happen! Everything was delivered safe and sound. I’m so appreciative to Tom, Justin, and Hunter (and everyone else at Weir) for making this long-ish distance move an easy one! Tom was great to work with and very quick with responses. Would highly recommend!

If I could give no stars I would. Yes they came and packed me house which took 3 days and they only sent one person who stayed maybe an hour or two! Also this was a military pcs move and they did NOT inventory NOTHING!!!! There were no stickers nothing!! Now half our stuff isn’t here and don’t know if we will ever get it back because these people didn’t do their jobs correctly and put the inventory number tags on our things!!!! The receiving
Company put inventory stickers on what they could!!! All of our living room furniture is ruined because of their improper packaging of things! I will be reach out to the move coordinator for the military that organized our move and let them know what is happening with the company they hire! If you have to use them and you are military stay on them like white on rice and make sure all your things have the inventory stickers and don’t let them tell you “there’s not an actual High priority list we count them as just the same as everything else you have!! We also have boxes for all of our TVs only one made it in it’s actual box they packed the empty boxes and put our TVs in some make shift boxes. Tia I was NOT impressed with this company!!!!
