I did as much prep for my move as I could and they came in and completed packing smoothly and perfectly. They planned furniture placement, coordinated with the movers, and unpacked quickly and efficiently. Nothing broken, nothing lost. They are kind, considerate, supportive and thoroughly professional. My mom recently passed away at a nursing home, and we called WellRive to help us clean out her room and move what we couldn't keep to Good Will and recycling. She was caring, understanding, knew how to evaluate the job and explained very comfortingly how everything we didn't keep for ourselves would be donated, recycled, sold, and in rare cases, disposed of properly. WellRive/Gentle Transitions helped move my mom into an independent living facilty today. I'm a rather detailed person and worked well with the manager to plan the move and get things organized in the home for the teams arrival on packing day and move day. The team was prompt, friendly, and worked very efficiently to minimize the angst of the move from the house and into my mom's new apartment.
