WellRive/Gentle Transitions helped move my mom into an independent living facilty today. I'm a rather detailed person and worked well with the manager to plan the move and get things organized in the home for the teams arrival on packing day and move day. The team was prompt, friendly, and worked very efficiently to minimize the angst of the move from the house and into my mom's new apartment. Would highly recommend them if you're considering a move of a family member to a new 'home'.

WellRive (Gentle Transitions) helped belongings from our home to a memory care facility in St. Paul. They were wonderful. The moving manager (Jill) was kind, efficient and caring, and Scott, who worked with her was also. They showed up right on time, got things going, were great at packing, advising. They were ready for the movers (also arranged for by them) when they got to our home. Met the movers at the memory care facility, started unpacking, hanging pictures, putting things away. I don't think I could have done it without them. They are a treasure.
