Coordinating a move for a family member can be very challenging when you live out of town and have a limited window of time to make a transition. I just coordinated my second successful Senior move with Gentle Transitions in Claremont. We were incredibly fortunate to have Lydia and Marlene assist us each time. Lydia created a floor plan, directed the placement of furniture, and identified a solution for all the left-over household items. Lydia and Marlene quickly set up my mom's new apartment and made it a 'home' by the end of the day. Caring, personable, easy to communicate with, efficient. Highly recommend.

WellRive did an excellent job of pre reviewing what was to be packed and crated. They came they said they wood. They were very efficient in their activities.
