We contacted WeMoveYou after Home Depot refused to take our refrigerator to our 2nd floor kitchen. We had given Home Depot the specifics of the delivery and were assured our old refrigerator would be removed and new one installed in our 2nd floor kitchen. They left it in the livingroom. We contacted We Move You. They determined the stairwell was too narrow and decided the best way to get the refrigerator in place was to raise it up and over the 2nd floor veranda. The work was tedious and exhausting but they accomplished what Home Depot did not attempt. They removed the old refrigerator as well. This was more work and effort than they were expecting I am sure but they were determined to figure it out and complete the mission.These gentlemen were very respectful. They were also careful with our appliances, walls & floors. I just cannot say enough. They are like having family close that you can call, which is such a blessing to us as we are older and have no young family near to help us. We are blessed to have found We Move You. ?☺

They were okay. But the stuff was heavy. But they left a bunch of scratches on the front door and they acted like they did not see them.

They hit 5 stars on all four of Google's list - Quality, Value, Professional, Responsive. I will absolutely use this service again. The price for my particular job was under $100. I called at 3pm, got a price quote, and had two gentlemen here by 630pm. The job was to move a lovely but large and heavy sleeper sofa from one apartment to another (same building, same floor). I appreciated the care they took to not damage the sofa or the walls. They were very conscious of that! The two men were also very delightful to interact with. One might have been a just a teenager, and the other more experienced one gave him a lot of great advice on how to move and lift the sofa. It was very nice to see the younger man being coached up by a much more experienced individual. They made a great team!
