Amazing and tentative staff! Highly recommend!

Not a bad place. New $ not bad

Went to West Coast this morning to pick up a U-Haul to my aunt had ordered to come help her move. When we got there the receptionist was already helping out a couple for a future date and was super patient and great at explaining their options. While we waited we were surprised to hear they had coffee which Gloria (Receptionist) offered to us after seeing our interest. Along with options of water, soda, juice, even creamer for our coffee. After getting our U-Haul we wondered, do we just leave our car out front? Gloria went above and beyond and said we could have a gate code that’s good till 10 if we wanted to leave it in the fenced area! All in all the service was above & beyond, and the friendliness was such a positive start to the beginning of a long day. If I needed any future Uhaul, or storage units I’d definitely be coming back here!

Ms. Gloria made our challenging situation less stressful. We could not get thru the gate because our code wouldn't work. I called the emergency line, and they told me someone would call me back from that location. It was after hours but Ms Gloria called me back and came to help us even tho she was off work, Ms. Gloria was patient,kind, and knowledgeable, which turned my frown upside down. Lastly their bathroom is always clean and has enough room to move around which helps when you have small kids.

Customer services is amazing and I feel like my stuff is in a good storage unit. Clean and secure.
