They advertise the units at a decent price. Then after move in they continuously increase the price. This has been my unpleasant experience. Just today, I received an email about yet ANOTHER price increase for my 10 × 20 unit.

Nice facility. They will increase the price every year. Started at $135.00 as advertised. Up to $210.00 for a 10x5. They will just send the same automated email. Just be ready for it.

*You are correct, Its an annual increase. How are you advertising $135.00 for a 5x10 but increasing current customers? I have reached out, by email and phone. Jumped to 175ish and now to $210.00. If it were truly due to inflation, wouldn't the advertised rates increase?
