I have had a great experience at this storage facility. Chris is absolutely wonderful. He knows the answers to all your questions and always goes above and beyond to give you any pertinent information. The facility is nice and clean. The prices just recently went up, but so has everything else so I can't say I wasn't expecting it. I like that they are open until 10pm every night and that there is a restroom for renters to use during office hours. I keep saying I need to just downsize and cut the added expense, but honestly, I Chris is such a friendly face that I almost don't want to leave. Thanks again!!

HOWEVER, whoever they have running their security at night is the only thing that is urging me to pack all my things and find somewhere else!!! I was out of the facility by 9:55pm. I had all of my things to load up just outside my vehicle that was backed into the first spot and at 10:03 some EXTREMELY arrogant voice SHOUTS through the loud speaker above the door purposely startling me 'THIS IS SECURITY. YOU ARE IN A RESTRICTED AREA. YOU NEED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY!!!'. Excuse me?! I pay almost $300 a month for over a year here and I can't spend 10 minutes loading my car up with my belongings?! I am so offended and disgusted at this ridiculously unprofessional security personnel. I am so ANGRY about this. I will be contacting the manager immediately tomorrow morning!!! Sadly it's attitudes like this that can overshadow the great service from the office staff.

I never felt lost finding guidance or information about what to do while moving. Chris, is friendly, knowledgeable, quick to solve and to provide you with a great options. To expensive you have my service starting payment for my storage was less than 100 it went up 3 times it's about 300 now and nothing has changed same hours same everything I'm stupid though
for renting a storage I should have thrown most of that stuff away and got the smallest storage it is what it is business as usual I ain't mad at you
