Do not rent from this facility! They use an introductory rate to lock you in and then consistently layer on drastic price increases.

Our unit leaks and they've done nothing about it yet have raised our price multiple times. The staff is apathetic when there are issues and fail to offer solutions.

Perhaps this is standard for storage units but I'd recommend finding a different one.

Was a good storage place until this new management. Really retarded service. Tells me I can't get into my unit cause my name is not on it but when wife who's name is on it, can't get in they actually forgot to unlock our unit, after paying lil late. Can't let in unless my name is on unit, fine I get it. But then you accept a credit card with different name? Which idk how but after months of paying with my card, I just found out they have the wrong 1st name on my card file. Since new management it's been issue after issue after issue.

Go somewhere else! Here you might not be able to get into your storage if they make mistake!!

I wish I remembered her name but one of the ladies that works here was super helpful I was in a terrible situation I was running super late she stayed a half an hour past closing to wait for me to get there just so that I can get my storage that night which made the world's difference I will stick with this place for as long as I can
