West Coast Self-Storage Highline

I have no idea why this place even publishes a phone number! I called to rent a uHaul. Their uHaul pick-up times are 10am -5:46pm. If they ever answer the phone. When I called they immediately put me on hold, after 20 minutes I hung up. When I tried to call about a storeage question, they said they would have to call the manager and would get back to me... They never did... The only thing they do on-time is ask you to pay the fees.

So far, so good!! Great Customer Service. Nice, new, affordable facility. Convenient location. Two thumbs up!

Linda and her team make this a great facility! I’ll be back here for my storage needs.

EDIT: my most recent experience here was very unsavory and left me feeling bamboozled into paying an additional 30 days rent. I will not be returning and advise others to be weary of the “30 day termination” policy. Not good!

Judgemental and non caring it that works there I say it because I'm unsure which way ' It' wants to identify !! Although other names come to mind ! Makes absolute drama fest if ur so much a s a few minutes after the time !
