It was the best price for the size and quality of space. Initially the the Sal’s representative that helped me was nice, but clueless and didn’t honor my second month of half off rent, because I upgraded to a larger unit within the first couple weeks and he said that because I was an existing customer now I couldn’t receive that second month and there was nothing he could do. But like I said he was clueless… And now that Ashley has become the manager, she has time and time again proven herself worthy and exceptional in this role. Her Customer Service, decision making, and skill set As an employee and her inherent Traits as a person, give me absolute, full confidence in her abilities and her word… which is very hard to come by these days. This company is truly blessed and Fortunate to have such a competent and confident person running this establishment.

Ive had nothing but the utmost courteous interactions and service from West Coast Storage in Lacey. Everything from modified charges (in my favor) to dealing with my lateness in payments. One specific employee named ‘Ashley’ has been such a help. Remembering one time the lock on my unit was messed up and I had a bunch of stuff to store but absolutely could not get in. She had the lock drilled out and replaced at no charge to me (regularly $50), and she accomodated my belongings for the night so i didnt have to stress about it. Professional yet understanding. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I recently got a small unit. The gentleman who helped me was amazing. He was helpful and very kind. It is hard at times to find people who are legitimately nice, so it was refreshing. Unit was clean and perfect for my needs. They provide carts to help with moving your things to the storage. Also, security is an added plus. No complaints from me.
